Solara An-Ra has over 20 years of experience in teaching and healing in the UK & South Africa. She is one of those rare spiritual teachers who brings a sense of joy and fun into everything she does. She offers courses suitable for both total beginners and for those who are consciously on their paths. Solara teaches fundamental tools for spiritual connection – breath work, meditation, grounding and energy awareness. Her workshops on Channelling, Deepening Meditation & Reconnecting the Codes Within offer a quantum leap forward!
Solara's guides tell her repeatedly "The time is now!" We are in a critical period of Earth changes and evolution that require us to WAKE UP and realise that we are in charge of our destiny! We are creators, whose challenge right now is to heal ourselves and our sweet Mother Earth in order to step into the New Age of Light.
Background
Solara An-Ra grew up in South Africa, completing a B. A. degree and Teaching Diploma at Cape Town University. After moving to the UK in 1987 she began training as an Alternative Therapist, leaving her school teaching career (and all that paper work) behind! In her heart she still longed to be a teacher however, and her training and work in many healing disciplines, together with progress on her individual spiritual path, led her to become a spiritual teacher who brings her Pleiadian sense of joy and fun into all her courses.
One of Solara’s greatest gifts is the channelled messages and guided meditations she puts up on both youtube and her website to listen to or download at no charge and which are now used around the globe. These are more than meditations – they teach vital skills to beginners and the experienced alike, such as a felt experience of your chakras, how to ground yourself and how to move into a heart-centred way of being.
Solara gifts the world with these because she is in service to her human tribe and is providing tools for raising our consciousness as easily and joyfully as possible. She also leads ceremonies for the Equinoxes and Solstices wherever she may be in the world, bringing back the ways of the ancestors in celebrating our connection with our Sun, our Earth and each other as ‘the tribe of Gaia.’ In 2010 these will be in Machu Picchu in Peru, Sedona in Arizona and in England.
She has been channelling advice and information from guides for many years (see 'Solara's Pleiadian Connection' to read about how she began channelling.) She has channelled ascended masters, Earth-keeper ancestor and Star Beings, and at present is working with the ‘Councils of Light’ – a collective of Andromedan, Sirian and Pleiadians who tell us repeatedly "The time is now!" We are in a critical period of Earth changes and evolution that require us to realise that we are in charge of our destiny. We are creators, whose challenge right now is to heal ourselves and our Mother Earth in order to step into the New Age of Light.
Healing / Therapy
Solara attained a diploma in Therapeutic Massage in 1987. Since then she has qualified in Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Chakra Healing, Metamorphic Technique, Colour Healing, Sound Healing and Reiki & Seichiem 1 & 2.
Solara works from a holistic viewpoint which encompasses body, mind and spirit. She often combines different therapies within a treatment session, according to the clients needs, e.g. back and neck massage with craniosacral for back problems, or reflexology with craniosacral in pregnancy.
She helps clients with both emotional and physical issues, creating a nurturing environment to encourage personal insight and growth, along with relief from physical pain and stress.
Solara now offers sessions called 'Pleiadian-inspired Chakra Healing.' This is the only context in which she channels one-on-one with clients. It is a magic form of healing using sound and shamanic techniques, assisted by guides and Angels who sing and speak through her.
