There are thousands of people across the globe already doing this amazing meditation daily - my guides say that if enough people master the techniques which are taught within it, we will shift into Unity Consciousness with great ease and joy!
I have now been guided to make some important amendments to the meditation, to make it even more powerful and effective! Below is a summary of the changes (but just DO IT - you don't need to read about the changes unless your left brain needs to! :))
1. After calling the column of Light, you watch it moving down into the body of Earth, to ensure that you are being vertically connected downwards as well as upwards.
2. You open the Cosmic and Earth Star portals BEFORE sending your grounding cord down. This makes an amazing difference to people’s experience of grounding!
3. Men and women now both send the grounding cord from the second chakra down through the root into the core crystal. My guidance is that this is now appropriate for both men and women – as we integrate our inner divine masculine and feminine and become more like each other.
4. There is a new step - calling unconditional love to yourself , from you Higher Self, and from Mother-God and Father-God, to open the heart chakra. Allowing yourself to receive unconditional love is an essential part of our healing and ascension!
5. You ask for the 12 strands of DNA and 12 chakras to be reconnected in the same command. This brings awareness to how the 2 processes are assisting each other in our reconnection.
6. Chanting OM NYALIMAN SHANTI is on a separate track on the new CD, with more explanation on how to use the mantra effectively.

Bring your awareness inside now, into your being. Listen to your breath, and slow it down. As you say the following invocations, understand that your wish is your command. And so it is.
1. Say out loud ‘I call light to myself now!’
A column of bright white light pours down through your aura and your body, instantly raising your vibration. Watch the light flowing down from an infinite source above you, through your energy, straight down into the Earth below, through the body of Gaia and into the core crystal. You are in a state of vertical connection now, with all-that-is-above and all-that-is-below.
2. Tune into your aura now – the egg shape of energy on all side of you, to the front, the back, the left and the right, above and below your body. Place your attention at the very top & very bottom points of your aura - your Cosmic and Earth Star Portal chakras.
Affirm ‘I open my Cosmic & Earth Star Portals now!’
As the portal chakra at the top of your aura opens, a more concentrated light starts to flow from the heart of the galaxy through your crown chakra and through the centre of your body. Watch it move through your root chakra, and through the chakra at the bottom of your aura which is now open, in preparation for grounding.
3. Say, ‘I ground myself into the heart of Gaia now!’ and send a cord of light from the 2nd chakra in your belly, straight down through your root chakra, and into the core crystal of Mother Earth. The iron crystals in your blood go into resonance with the beautiful magnetic iron core crystal, and you experience yourself as one with the great Mother.
4. Still aware of your aura on all sides, command ‘Let all energy I have given away or left behind return to me now!’ Feel your energy returning into your energy field and body – perhaps into certain chakras or from a certain direction.’ Your aura becomes brighter and stronger as your energy returns to you. Welcome your power back as it returns!
5. Now say ‘I call a golden rain-shower to cleanse and heal my aura now!’
The angels send this golden shower now, pouring through your aura – golden particles of light, like a shower of rain, pouring through your energy.
6. As your aura is saturated with golden, angelic Light, as your heart opens say ‘I call unconditional love to myself now!’ Feel the blissful energy of unconditional love, from your Higher Self, from Mother God & Father God, opening your heart chakra now!
Now spin a thread of golden light around your aura in a sun-wise direction - from the uppermost point above your head, around and around your aura, completing below your feet. There is now a crust or edge of golden light about an inch thick around your aura, which seals your energy and keeps you in a high vibration after the meditation.
7. Now command, ‘I ask for my 12 chakras and 12 strands of DNA to be reconnected now!’
Visualise any disconnected strands of DNA coalescing into spirals of Light in every cell, reconnecting you. At the same time your 12 chakras start to spin together, from the cosmic star chakra at the top of your aura, to your Earth Star at the bottom of your aura. 3 chakras above the body, 7 within, and 2 below. This reconnection of your full DNA and chakric systems allowing you to become the multi-dimensional master who you truly are!
And so it is!

Afirma'Yo abro mi Portal Estelar Cósmico y mi Portal Estelar de la Tierra ahora!A medida que el chakra del Portal de arriba de tu aura se va abriendo,una luz más concentrada empieza a fluir desde el corazón de la Galaxia a través de tu chakra corona y a través del centro de tu cuerpo.Mira como pasa a través de tu chakra raíz,a través del chakra abajo de tu aura que ahora está abierto en preparación a tu conexión con la tierra.
3 Dí yo me arraigo en el corazón de Gaia ahora y envía una cuerda de Luz desde tu segundo chakra en tu vientre,directamente a través de tu chakra raíz hacia el núcleo de cristal de la Madre Tierra.Los cristales de hierro de tu sangre se ponen en resonancia con éste hermoso núcleo de cristal de hierro magnético,y tú te experimentas a ti mismo como uno con La Gran Madre.

6 A medida que tu aura se satura con esta dorada Luz Angélica y te vas abriendo dí "Yo invoco a que el amor incondicional venga a mí ahora !"Siente la dichosa energía del amor incondicional ,de ti hacia ti mismo,abriendo tu chakra del corazón y llenándolo de alegria!
Ahora enrolla un hilo de luz dorada alrededor de tu aura siguiendo la dirección del movimiento solar,desde el punto de más arriba de tu cabeza,alrededor y alrededor de tu aura,completándose bajo tus pies.Hay ahora una capa de luz dorada de 3 cm de espesor alrededor de tu aura,esto sella tu energía y te mantiene en una alta vibración después de la meditación.
7 Ahora ordena"Yo pido que mis 12 chakras y mis 12 hebras de DNA se reconecten ahora!"
