Solara An-Ra has been practicing healing and alternative therapies since 1987 and has developed an amazing way of combining different therapies within a treatment session. This might be craniosacral therapy with chakra healing for releasing emotional blocks; massage with craniosacral for back problems/ headaches; or reflexology with craniosacral in pregnancy.

She works with her guides in the 'Pleiadian Chakra Healing' sessions - a form of healing unique on this planet, which combines ancient tools that are being remembered on this planet now.

Solara believes that total healing is always possible - of physical symptoms, emotional imbalances, dysfunctional relationships and ways of being, such as jealousy, anger and anxiety.

Pleiadian Chakra Healing

This powerful form of healing is a combination of conventional Chakra healing and 3 other healing tools which Solara has been instructed by her Pleiadian guides to include. These are - the craniosacral 'listening skill,' sound healing, and channelling. 

Chakra healing is based on the "mind/body mirror system," which teaches that any pain in our physical body, or distress in our life (e.g. in relationships, money, work or home) - comes from a tension in our consciousness. Clearing and balancing the seven chakras - the core of the body's energy system - heals not only physical symptoms, but the ways of thinking that caused the imbalance in our body or life to manifest.

The client is given feedback and channeled messages during the session, which helps him/her to understand the root causes of any problems - so that a new way of thinking and being can be consciously maintained after the healing. Come if you are ready and willing to be totally healed!

Craniosacral Therapy

Craniosacral Therapy is suitable for all ages including infants and children, as well as in pregnancy. It is excellent for acute or chronic back / neck pain, depression, sinusitis, migraines, whiplash, and after dentistry or operations. It is an extremely gentle therapy, using no manipulation, in which the therapist works through the fluids of the body. The result is that vitality is heightened, and the body's own self-healing processes are set in motion. The treatment provides an opportunity for your body to balance itself and let go of restrictive tensions from your past.

Solara has an individual approach to this magical therapy, using it to allow the patient to connect with all aspects of his or her body:- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Old wounds may resurface on any of these levels and be healed.

Postnatal care:- Mother and baby are both treated within a one hour session. Colic, feeding and sleeping problems can all be helped, as well as pubic symphesis pain and other postnatal issues.

 

Reflexology

This technique aims to restore the vitality of your body via the nerve endings in the feet. It is not simply "foot massage"- stimulating these points on the feet sends impulses up through your nervous system, affecting the energy and health of your whole being. Clients are amazed not only by how relaxing and restorative reflexology is, but also by how far-reaching it's affects are. It is particularly good during pregnancy, and can be used to 'bring on' the baby in order to avoid induction.

Therapeutic Massage

Solara no longer offers full body massage - but she combines massage with other therapies when it is needed.

Hi Solara, just thought I'd drop you a quick note about the Chakra Healing you did for me in the Summer - I have had cellular cervical changes for the last 8 years on and off, and when I went for my check up in June they had got worse. When I looked into conventional treatment, there is none! They wait until it develops into cervical cancer and then do a hysterectomy - No Way - I'm 27!!   A friend recommended I came and saw you - and I thought "It's worth a try". When I went back for a biopsy in October they didn't even bother with a biopsy as it was looking so much better.
