Available on advance request for 15 euros pp ~ fresh fruit salad, yogurt & nuts, gluten-free oat & chia-seed porridge, toast, butter & home-made jam, tea & coffee.
Eggs or cheese when requested.
Vegan & gluten-free is available if asked for in advance.

Dinner
Available on advance request for 18 euros ~ organic vegetarian main course ~ 20 including dessert.

Guest Kitchen
Available for simple vegetarian meal preparation such as sandwiches & salads ~ no cooking of meat or complicated meals please.
There is a guest fridge available for use.
(Lisboa & Honeymoon rooms have their own fridge)

Solara, her partner Gino & her soul-brother Itzak have lovingly restored an old farmhouse in a stunning hillside location with wonder-ful views. The energy in the valley is crystal clear - the perfect place to recharge, relax & enjoy exploring the Algarve.

SURROUNDINGS

The beaches of the Eastern Algarve are world-renowned, the weather is one of the best in the whole of Europe, and the food and natural produce is delicious. There are beautiful walks in all directions from the house, interesting local restaurants, and the famous Ria Formosa protected coastline nature reserve where you can catch a short ferry across to many islands with lovely beaches and seafood restaurants.
