Lesson 3 centres around the BABAJI INITIATION and introduction into the Cosmic Cobra Breath ~ the heart of our Kriya Awakening practice.We start with Nadi Shodhana followed by a chakra chanting practise ~ chanting OM 3 times in each of the 7 chakras.
Solara then tells some of the story of the stages of her connection with Babaji - and the confusion between Haidakhan Babaji and the Kriya Master Mahaavatar Babaji, the initiator of the Kriya lineage of masters that re-seeded Kriya Yoga into the world from 1861 onwards.
The Babaji Initiation, in which each participant speaks on a personal level to Babaji, before receiving the precious teachings, is followed by sharing.
And then - before the Cobra Breath teachings, Kriya Babaji comes through with a direct message for the group! Blessings of all blessings!We practise the 14-breath technique together for the first time, with Solara explaining the Science of Kriya Awakening along the way, with new images and material to help the integration of the knowledge.
When I was taught the Cobra Breath, we were told to practise 14 breaths, twice a day. This is the fastest way to 'establish the circuit,' which happens, according to your previous experience (including past lives) in between one 2 - 4 weeks of continuous practice.If you practise only once a day, you still get there ... it just takes longer :)

14 breaths takes about 8 minutes - please email me for the peice of music which I like to use for Cobra Breath in the group ...and then sit in silence (or with neutral soft music) in the 'After-poise Meditation' for 5 - 15 minutes.If you have time to do Nadi Shodhana beforehand - better still! (3, 5 or 7 rounds.)
