Solara teaches about pranayama & Kriya Awakening techniques, recounting the story of her first solo trip to Egypt and how she was assisted in raising her consciousness through involuntary breath control.
The session ends with a lesson and practice of Nadhi Shodhana, which we will use in the third and final initiation in Session 5.
