In the INTRO video of Solara teaches about Kriya techniques that lead to consciousness upgrade, and about the external (or higher dimensional) chakras of human beings. She explains how the third initiation will be different than in week 1 and 2, in that the Arcturians will gift us with a Chamber of Light.

Part 2 is the Arcturian UPGRADE Chamber of Light Initiation - you can read a description of it in the pdf included. It includes the activation of the 5 'Portal Chakras' that hold the keys to our multidimensional Original Divine Blueprint.

Part 3 includes a new lead-in meditation for channelling practise, and then the practise itself. The Time Is Now!
