A Kriya retreat with Solara & the Masters of Pranayam is a precious opportunity to awaken your potential to be a 'Frequency Keeper' for your planet and people. Through our awakening to our True Selves - that which the gurus call self-realization - we learn how to maintain a higher frequency for longer periods of time, thereby embodying our wise, beautiful, radiant Higher Selves.

Solara has been blessed with the over-lighting presence of Babaji since 1998, when she started channelling. His illuminating Pleiadian presence can be sensed in all spaces of Casa Solara Algarve, particularly in the meditation room, where he has come directly into the conscious awareness of many of our Light Tribe. Many are calling His presence into their lives to guide their spiritual practice and assist in their healing and awakening. You will know if He is calling to you now ~ simply open your heart to his Christ-like presence and ask him to come to you.

The first time Babaji visited me 'in the flesh,' in a moment of despondency, he answered my question "Babaji, do you really come to people?" by literally singing this Carole King song to me: -
You just call out my name
And you know, wherever I am
I'll come running
To see you again
Winter, spring, summer or fall
All you have to do is call
And I'll be there
You've got a friend
To this day, He is there, whenever I call him, and particularly through my Kriya practice..
Our daily schedule will be a mixture of Kriya practise, guidance, meditation and Movement Medicine, either in the meditation room or in nature. There is plenty of free time between sessions for walking, relaxation, swimming and healing. Look forward to spiritual expansion alongside loads of laughter, fun, and sharing with your Star-Soul Family!
DAILY SCHEDULE

7.30am: Sun-gazing & organic green energy smoothie
8 - 10am: Yoga-stretch-dance flow, pranayama, Babaji's Kriya, guided meditation. One of the morning sessions will be at a special waterfall not far from Casa Solara.
10.30 am: Brunch
11.30 - 5 pm: free time for optional massages or healing, swimming, relaxing, nature walks, optional group visits to the beach, Tavira sight-seeing, or island-hopping.
5 - 7 pm: Sunset pranayama, mantra singing, Kriya, meditation & guidance, sun-gazing
7.30 pm: Dinner​​​
