ABOUT

This retreat has been called for by the Masters of Pranayam working in collaboration with the Pleiadian Councils of Light and the Guardians of the Inner Earth. They are teaching simple but profound ways to receive and integrate the accelerated energies of the New Earth timeline.

In this sacred 3-day portal Solara will transmit a fusion of the teachings of the Star People ~ and the sacred Kriya techniques that accelerate awakening of consciousness and healing and rejuvenation of the physical body.

The retreat includes: -

Kundalini Yoga Spine-Opening exercises
Kriya pranayama to awaken consciousness
An early morning visit to a Sacred Waterfall
Healing stretch-flow dance
Practices such as water clearing and energising

MEALS

This retreat will be enhanced by what the guides call 'rejuvenation foods' - 2 light, delicious, nutritious meals per day (plus a morning juice/smoothie) designed to assist in the energy clearing on all levels, physical, mental & emotional. The eating window is based on intermittent fasting principle of eating in an 8-hour window (11.00 - 19.00) ~ followed by a 16-hour fast period. (Plus an early-morning raw smoothie or juice which is allowed within the fasting period.) This is not however compulsory - you are welcome to follow your own body's guidance to eat when you like. :)

YOUR TEACHER

Solara An-Ra is a world renowned channel who has been transmitting en-lightening information from Ascended Masters, Earth-keeper ancestors, Star Beings and Babaji since 1998. She works primarily with the ‘Councils of Light’ – a collective of Andromedan, Sirian, Pleiadian, Lyran and Arcturian Star Beings who tell us repeatedly "The Time Is Now!" They stress that we are in a critical period of Earth changes and evolution that require us to realise that we are in charge of our destiny. We are creators, whose challenge right now is to heal ourselves and our Mother Earth in order to step into the New Age of Light!

ACCOMODATION

Casa Solara Algarve is Solara An-Ra's new retreat and b&b centre - a beautifully restored farm house on the edge of the stunning valley hamlet of Porto Carvalhoso in the Eastern Algarve of Portugal. The centre boasts 7 guest rooms, 5 guest bathrooms, a separate guest kitchen, a roof terraces with 360 degree views, a meditation room, a yoga studio and a healing salt-water pool in beautiful gardens. Retreat participants share 2 per room unless previously arranged.
